Ronda, yes, normally you do see quite a bit of "marbling" in the eyes of older kitties, but Minnie is not that old...so perhaps it's a genetic characteristic? What does her vet have to say about it?

Thank you both~ Minnie is quite a character. She is seven at this point, and I've been intrigued by the coloring in her eyes. Is this a sign of age? I do know that she doesn't really like to be photographed much, or at least she's now allowing it when we're outside.

Those eyes....a really wonderful shot! I take it Queen Minnie is a senior with that amazing marbling of her eyes that you captured. v/f
